The business, originally established in 1999, is owned and operated by Tyler Kreikemeier and specializes in service and repair of domestic and imported automobiles.
Kreikemeier is an ASE-certified Master Automotive Technician, and previously worked for two area auto dealerships over the course of 11 years, specializing in Toyota and Volvo maintenance and repair. He is a Volvo Master Technician and holds an emissions license. The shop's other mechanic, Eric Matthews, is also an ASE-certified Master Automotive Technician, and specializes in Ford, Nissan and Kia repair and maintenance. Service Writer Angela Bolin spent six years in the automotive parts business before joining the Advantage Automotive team.
The shop offers free shuttle service for customers, who can be dropped off and picked up at work or home while their car is repaired. Each customer received a coupon for an Ultimate Car Wash at Broadmoor Heights 66 Service, 2106 W. Eisenhower Blvd., when they pick up their car after work has been completed.
Advantage Automotive's new space features five service bays with lifts. Kreikemeier's other business, Tubes & Hoses, occupies a sixth service bay area on site. Kreikemeier and his team pride themselves on being able to handle any auto repair challenge, from oil changes to major mechanical repairs, emissions testing, alignment and more. They back their work up with a standard 12-month, 12,000-mile parts warranty, and go one step further with labor, offering an 18-month, 18,000-mile extended warranty on all work they perform.
Advantage Automotive is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, offering "Quality and Service to your Advantage."
