BRUSSELS (Thomson Financial) - Umicore said its acquisition of Delphi Corp's automotive catalysts operations will be earnings accretive from 2008. Separately the metal and speciality materials group said its zinc alloying and smelting joint venture with Zinifex Nyrstar will be operational from Sept 1.
