Visteon Corp., the car-parts maker spun off from Ford Motor Co., has enough funds to weather another slowdown in the U.S. auto market, its finance chief said. "We feel pretty good that we have enough cash going forward," Chief Financial Officer Bill Quigley said Thursday at a meeting with Credit Suisse analysts in Boston. The remarks were broadcast over the Internet.
